Meet Patrick Jones
Owner, operator, and Master Gardener behind Wesmar Farm.
Patrick Jones' journey into the heart of the garden began in wildlife management, where he developed a deep respect for natural ecosystems. Since 1996, he has dedicated himself to the art of the market garden, honing his expertise across the diverse landscapes of Fishers Island and the fertile valleys of Connecticut. His approach blends decades of practical wisdom with a Master Gardener’s precision.
In 2020, Patrick brought his passion for the land to the Columbus area, establishing a new market garden in Orient, Ohio. At Wesmar Farm, he applies his restorative practices to build local food resilience. Every vegetable, herb, and flower grown here is a testament to his commitment to seasonal freshness and the belief that a deeper connection to our soil enriches the entire community.
